During her time at BENSLEY, Nikita learned the power of storytelling, and how to express it through the finest details - be it styling, art, signage and even tableware. For Capella Hanoi, the narrative drew from the nearby Opera House. The design concept asked: What if this hotel had existed in the 1900s, as a favourite rendezvous spot for the era’s greatest artists, actors, singers, and set designers? 

To bring this dream to life, Nikita developed a full narrative - a cast of characters such as Eleonora Duse, or Sergei Diaghilev - to enrich both interiors and guest experience. Bespoke artwork, original memorabilia styling, guest touchpoints, custom games, and playful menus: weaving opera into every detail.
