We were approached by the 25 Residences group, experts in high-end real estate, to work on a completely unique development in Mumbai. A 5 tower luxury residential project, overlooking the Willingdon Golf Club (Mumbai’s answer to Central Park) and the Arabian Sea.

The brief was to do something completely different: pay homage to the city’s Art Deco heritage, while also weaving in traditional Vastu principles and Ayurvedic knowledge. This was Eloeaz’s first full scope project: a delightful labour of love that we can’t wait to see come to life.
